Sally and Jim Wilson settled with the RIAA
for $3,000 after their two daughters downloaded more than 600 songs from Kazaa. Now they're
holding Kazaa responsible for their daughters' actions and and are starting a class-action lawsuit against the
company. There are all sorts of obvious analogies to be drawn here, like "Is Toyota responsible for reckless driving
deaths?", but I'll skip it. The article is full of bilious untruths and scapegoating from the record industry, but no
comment from Kazaa.

1. Another parent trying to switch the focus away from who is ultimately responsible for their children's actions. Also I know many bands that have yet to receive any benefit from RIAA. Everyone knows the money is going to the wigs of RIAA and MPAA, not the artists or record companies. All a big Joke!
