Prodigem has long been providing BitTorrent hosting services for
legally-licensed material. Now they're doing what I believe is a first: Selling BT downloads. With their new
Prodigem Marketplace program, currently in a limited beta state,
they are allowing content providers to set a price for their downloads and collect on each one via PayPal. Right now
there's only one torrent for sale, but they're looking
for a few people with content and an audience to help get the system off the ground.
