Does eXeem contain spyware? adware?

According to the official website eXeem contains no spyware, but it's ad-supported. But here's what they say in the privacy policy:

Third Party Advertising

The ads appearing on the Exeem.com Web site and within eXeem™ application are delivered by our web advertising partner, Cydoor. Information about users of eXeem™ and Exeem.com, such as the number of times they have viewed an ad (but not user name, address, or other personal information), is used to serve ads to users. 2. Version 2 HAS spyware. Imagine that.

3. Exeem contains cydoor. I well known and nasty spyware application. Use exeem lite instead which has been removed of all spyware.

4. Sorry but with version 0.23 or 0.22 there were only web ads, not spyware...
Like ads on this page (you have google ads), but Exeem Lite contains spyware, try it our, I had problems with computer since I installed Lite version, than when I installed original version it worked fine :)

BTW: check client.exeem.com
