7. maybe not objective, exaggerated polemic on Iraq war but especially the first part has got lot of good documentary especially about Bush before being president and America period of 9/11. Proving or not? that is matter of History, at least at Ph.D. level. I feel anyway it much more believable than CNN ;o) since an evident fake wouldn't even have got half of the attention in Cannes.
Than if you look what happened ad ex. with MS Office, lot of people copy it and evrybody uses it; Gates becomes world famous that way. Sharing it in the web I seriously doubt will get less people in the cinemas (full for that movie at least here in UK), maybe the contrary.

8. Download this film, if anything moore shoots himself in the foot. He protrays bush as smart, showing how he keeps up relations with important middle easterns even after 911 and how he is personally involved with most companies which are sent out there.
Moores first film was half decent... but this is a load of hyped up s**t and it seems that moore is picking at straws to bad mouth the president. Hell if i were american i wouldn't stand for someone bad mouthing my president. Basically he's making money off the title, which is f**ked up! So download this movie and spread it around so your friends don'thave to pay, hell moore won't mind, he wants the "truth" to be heard.
Yours honestly.... a non american in opposition to this film.
P.S Moore uses graphic images to try to get your attention, your smarter than that don't fall for his s**t, he should be tried for treason or something.

11. ...blissfully unaware what the rest of the world thinks of Bush. Unfortunatly for Bush there are enough voting Americans residing in Europe to account for 13 US states. (Source:BBC Radio Five Live) This means those that have a free-er (not totally free) and a more balanced press know whats really going on.
Unfortunatly for Fox News Channel they have been reprimanded several times already this year here in Britain by the communications regulater OFCOM for not getting their facts right. Ooops.
We vote in 2005, sadly Blair may remain as there is such a piss-poor opposition from the Conservative party and the Liberal Democrats arn't a big enough party.
Although, Leonard, it was a bit below the belt taking the piss out of Lipaks typing mistakes, their could be something a bit more serious behind it. As for Lipaks political views, Lipaks obviously a twat.

14. If you think that Moore uses graphic images to get our attention it's childs play to what really happens. If it takes someone being beheaded or shot to grab your attention I really think you need to wake up.
The more it gets around the better, could the world survive another 4 years with Bush?

15. A film is always made through the eyes of the filmmaker; Michael Moore's political leanings are certainly no secret. But that doesn't mean Fahrenheit 9/11 is entirely devoid of fact. Rather, one should perhaps see Moore's film as but a single source of information, no more or less biased than most of the rest of America's media. Reasonable people are not afraid of, or offended by, a point of view that does not mirror their own perspective on the world. Watch the film for yourselves, everyone. Then perhaps do a little research and decide each for your own what part of Moore's story is fact and what part is his own opinion. If you cannot at least do that, then any criticism of the film's truthfulness you offer is, at best, intellectually dishonest.

My only comment on Moore's position on the pirating of his film is that he seems to have a better adjusted view of his own financial need than the average rich man...

We have a winner. A voice of reason, amongst you bunch of narrow-minded, gullible, mentally challenged, bush-loving fools. Moore is undermining a colossus of anti-pirate protests through his actions- FREELY DISTRIBUTING his film on the net, in order to increase awareness. Through his own words, he's not in it for the money and has the intention of simply spreading his opinion in the form of a documentary-an excellent one at that. Yet, the majority of people commenting, are 'angry' at him for letting them WATCH HIS FILM FOR FREE. LoL and LoL Despite whatever opinions you may have on him, you've all semmingly watched the movie, some for free, yet still complain. Talk about rebels without a cause. Pathetic.

I applaud Michael Moore for something rather frightening when it comes down to it... simply exercising his right as an American to freedom of speech. This film beautifully blends the facts, along with Michael Moore's humour, and comedy by George W. that tops a lot of the stand up acts touring these days. It is a great feeling that in a time that ideas are suppressed in the sake of security from terror, that such a voice can continue a tradition of free speech.
The key observation about this film: it's not a documentary, it's clearly, obviously and honestly a political polemic. Michael Moore's purpose in this film is not to put across a 'balanced perspective'- he's trying to make a point. It's not a debate, it's an argument, and a very powerful one at that.

BUSH- The leader of the free world sits for SEVEN MINUTES while knowing two planes have flown into the World Trade Center. SEVEN MINUTES! --- the look on his face is either "what do i do now?" or more likely "this wasn't supposed to happen to me." HIS PEOPLE WERE DYING WHILE HE WAS READING 'My Pet Goat'.. Ye, go ahead people- VOTE BUSH. YEAH.. lets as good as set light to ourselves and jump off a tall building.

What kind of indecisive fool sits there reading a children's book with a stunned mullet look on his face when he's just been informed that two planes have crashed into the World Trade Centre? A President's job is to make decisions. That was NOT what I call 'strong, decisive leadership'. Even if Michael Moore does show it a little out of context, any half decent politician would have been right out that door.

For those who have seen the film, free or not, and who call it all lies or exaggerations, I have one question for you - how exactly are the real interviews with real people in the film "lies"? To me, the most powerful part of the film were the interviews with US troops and Iraqi civilians. It is hard to call the entire film inaccurate and wildly spun when you consider the troops who repeatedly stated to Moore that the situation in Iraq was nothing like what the government told them it would be and that they hoped the American people would not re-elect Bush. In the film, more than one soldier asks, "Why are we here?"
